1. 뜻
- used when someone is not completely sure about something they are saying or predicting
- they are making a statement or a guess, but they are not willing to guarantee that it is entirely accurate or that they will be held responsible if it turns out to be incorrect

2. 예문
1) I think the new restaurant downtown opens next week, but don't hold me to it.
제 생각에 다음 주에 시내에 새로운 식당이 오픈하는 것 같아요. 하지만 확실하지는 않아요.
2) A: Do you know when Henry's birthday is?
B: I guess 25 April. Don't hold me to it.
A: 헨리 생일이 언제인지 알아?
B: 4월 25일 같은데, 확실하지는 않아.
3. 하루 한 문장
If it doesn't happend, don't hold me to it.
