Look out for someone/something
1. 뜻
- to pay attention to what is happening around you, so that you will notice a particular person or thing if you see them
- to try to make sure that someone is treated well
- Be careful of or watchful for something or someone
Look out for vs Look after는 어떻게 다를까?
Look after = to take care of someone by helping them, giving them what they need, or keeping them safe.
ex) My grandmother looked after me.
Look out for = to pay attention to what is happeing around you.
ex) My gandmother looked out for me.
2. 예문
